★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rush at west mall to do some photocopying however at 8.30pm the shop staffs mentioned that they are closed. They mentioned that closure timing supposed to be at 9pm. I was so upset as I understand that retail timing shld be be abided instead of closing it early to clear their unfinished job and to go home on time. I hope the manager could look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive for no reason. Passport photo print out $15 for 4 copies. One sheet of paper can accommodate 2 photos (50X50 mm). I asked them to give me just 2 copies as I need only 1 copy. The lady there say can not. I don't understand the logic. Never again.

"I brought my son to take a photo for his passport, and as it was last minute, i didn't prepare the right shirt for my son. I proceed to nearby to get a shirt but was too huge, the staff laughed at me for getting such a huge shirt. I kept quiet and went to get an exchange. When i came back, the staff continued to comment on the shirt incident and i told her that i didn't know it was too huge because it looked okay in my opinion. However the staff proceeded to say this, and i translate it into english "how can you not know? You are such a failure as a father". I was loss for words, but thankfully my friend was beside all this time."
When my friend went for an exchange, i was there all the time waiting for my photos to be done, and the staff was there laughing and constantly talking behind his back. This is absurd service. Really bad.
