β β β β β If I could give 0 stars I would. Sadly they don't even know how to take a photo focused. Almost got my visa application rejected because of the staff's negligence. Totally avoid. They overcharge you as well. Funny this is they even cancel the low rating reviews, How pathetic. This is the second time I'm posting as they removed my review early.

β β β β β Initially didnβt think FotoHub would be able to help with my photo requirement today. Joey went through the actual website stating the requirements and assured me their service would be fine.
Given the effort Joey went through to find the details, this was already exceeding my expectations.
The staff at the shop exceeded even further. Very courteous, polite, professional, and even made sure everything was fine with product before we left. Great service. Theyβre also very knowledgeable too. Thank you, team. Will return one day for sure.

β β β β β I used this place for printing the ICA medical form, because the medical surgery was too lazy to print it themselves even though I emailed it as an attachment to them. It was a fairly easy process. I emailed the fotohub woman my document. She printed it and charged me a dollar. Easy, simple. Then I did my medical exam for the LTVP extension at the surgery, where they are happy to print out ticket numbers, three different forms about your details with spelling errors, and an invoice cost breakdown of the tedious process of again testing negative for HIV amongst other mostly eradicated diseases, and then being charged 64SGD for being confirmed not sick, despite Covid going around. The fotohub place is great for old people who cannot tech, and emergency printing due to government inefficiency and inconveniences. They even offer printed birthday mugs. Great service and a lovely little shop.

Colour was totally off but still force me to pay for it
Staff was rude and didnβt even inform me that there were no testing of colours, if want to test print = pay.
Other printing shops do not charge for wrong printing including inaccurate colour, but staff insisted and was plain rude.

I really regret filming here, it made me need to reshoot. I thought photohub is more professional than outside. Donβt come if you want to waste money ε₯ζΊ ε¨θΏιζηη

β β β β β Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Poor attitude and unwilling to assist me when I request to print photos. Middle aged lady shows face and acts like I owe her a million dollars when I asked for help to print photos. Will never go near this store ever again.

β β β β β Went there to take passport photo but then noticed they have full service for passport renewal at $99, all in. I engaged them on 14 Jan.
After that, DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING. JUST WAIT.
Received their email of photo soft copy, follow by email of embassy receipt, email of embassy for passport status done, and final wait again for embassy email of collection date.
Thatβs it. Then went to embassy, which is 9 Feb, collected my passport.
Really hassle free! Thanks for the good service, I already shared them online with my Malaysia friends.

β β β β β I went to do my passport photos and do some printing. The service was excellent and even-though it was Saturday and they were busy. The lady was patient and ensured we were happy with our photos. Highly recommended.
