★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Otah puff is the best but always sold out fast. Their sugar rolls and chocolate rice sliced cake are moist and delicious too. The mini old polar is soft and full of flavour with the crushed peanut (nostalgic traditional cake). I always get excellent service from the Polar Puffs & Cakes team when I order in bulk for events (very reliable delivery service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tamp Mall in the morning today to purchase chicken pie and the staff service is very bad. Staff told "no more" rudely. I nicely asked her what time stock be in. Again same answer "no more". I asked again in case miscommunication same answer add in "not doing anymore" rudely. I gave up ordered other items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young woman with short hair and tattoos is so awful. I politely said "Hi, excuse me." to which she retorted angrily "You wait a while!" without even looking at me. I guess customers are a great nuisance to her. It's no wonder then that there were no customers at Polar while all the other stalls were busy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a $20 voucher and bought $20 worth of items. Their curry puff is nicer than their pies. If I ever have $20 voucher to buy Polar stuff I will go for their curry puffs, and I see that review said their otah puff is good.
And their sugar rolls are usually what I buy and it’s a good sweet treat although prices have increased from $1.10 to $1.30
I bought the last pineapple almond tart at $1.70 but when I came back and checked I realize they forgot to pack the pineapple almond tart in.
Will head back and inform them the next time I’m at the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Major attitude from the aunty lady with short hair who was very rude and lazy to take orders and insisted we shout out our orders of the swiss rolls as she simply stood at the cashier. Poor service and attitude, if not for getting the swiss rolls as a gift, we would have walked away.
