★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym to attend‼️ Coach Matthew is very knowledgeable and provides great advice as to how to better improve your form and technique. Foxglovesfightgym also has many great facilities and amenities such as punching bags, provided gloves for beginners and other equipment necessary for the respective fighting sessions. Additionally, the gym has the best community that I have come across so far. Everyone is willing to help you if you are a beginner and everyone is friendly! Affordable yet a great bang for your buck. As mentioned previously, 100% recommended ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first saw this gym as i worked nearby n was walking past n decided to check it out; it was a good thing i did! The ambience was beautiful n extremely clean. I feel like each visit here is different, your not stuck with cookie cutter drills, and it gives sparring opportunities as well. Pricings are good too; with a good mix of monthly packs to class packs which makes it easy to find yourself a good fit. I highly recommend this gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here; the boxing session focused on technical skills by incorporating pad work and a sparring session so I could really make use of the whole session to learn new combos and subsequently apply them. The owners River and Matt, as well as the other participants, were encouraging and friendly too which is a plus especially if you're a beginner planning on joining the boxing/MMA community. Would definitely train here again!

Matt and River provide healthy amount of encouragement and constructive feedback, which helps me improve and build my confidence in sparring. Training (and even sparring) is suitable for all levels with Matt’s attentive guidance and coaching, and the students are friendly, motivated, and respectful.
Above all, this place is truly 5 star with River’s friendliness, Matt’s dedication, and their combined passion for this sport and community - these folks genuinely love what they do and it radiates across the entire gym.

Most importantly, coaches are extremely professional and are mindful of your well-being. Thus giving you a sense of satisfaction after the training.
