Great gym! The staffs here, right from the membership sales department to front of house counter know what they are doing and go to the extra mile in a friendly yet professional manner. Not only for their top notch service, the gym cleanliness is superb. Members are well cooperative when comes to personal hygiene etc. It is definitely a gym that is worth mentioning! Keep up the excellent effort UFC Gym.

Been here for a month now and the people are great. Coaches are amazing and tailors each class depending on how experienced the students are. People there are really friendly too. In terms of equipment, it's world class. You got to see it to believe it.

Sign up their membership last September, and with guidance from one of their professional personal trainer, Min Hui, I lost couple of weights, and gained more strength, thus I'm happy with the result. Furthermore, the equipment are well maintained, definitely love ambience. Friendly staff.

Great gym. I appreciate the variety of activities. The sporting equipment is diverse too. I just regret that they changed their manager. Jude was doing an awesome job at following my participation, and attending to my requests - the new management feels more lackluster in terms of customer relationship.

So far so good it keep me excited for the next schedule! I have just started the gym here , My Trainer is Min Hui she is professional very patience with me because I am new to the equipment's it helps me on better postures when carrying weights. Thank you ?

horrible. Was invited by them to go for an all access 3 day pass for free to try out the gym and signed up for the boxing class on my first day. Was told to arrive 30 mins earlier for registration and preparation, gym tour etc. only for them to hard sell me the membership and personal trainer packages. The entire duration of the "preparation and registration" took the whole boxing class and I couldn't even go. I told them I would consider as the gym's facilities is no doubt smooth and well maintained. But hard-selling and constantly asking why I need to consider, what are my concerns, will not make me want to join the gym regardless on how good the facilities are. just no. I even told them i FELT PRESSURED and they didn't stop.

1st: Have been transfer to a far work location which is not even near to gym. So I could not attend but yet I could not transfer the account not even able to give it to my friend use even when I pay. So I have to pay every month without attend to the gym, which is stupid and unreasonable. 2nd: had a feeling the trainer there When you are using their PT they will be super friendly but when you stop is different thing. Just purely act differently. 3rd: From the start before I start feel hard selling on the package after I join feel hard sell on the PT. Overall not a good experience for me. Won’t suggest any one to go :) Update: The comment below this they can help is just a “reply” which doesn’t help anything. Will continue pay till my contract end :)

What I like about UFC is that they have abundant gym machines as well as free weights. I have never shared equipment with anyone else or had to wait for my turn, because the wide array of equipment available here aids in the versatility of my training programmes. The gym is clean as well and some physical trainers in the gym offer advice too. However, I’ve faced several issues regarding my membership, such as payment or freezing of my account. There were times I felt frustrated that these issues could not be settled immediately, and I had to wait a few days or even resolve it while I’m there physically. I think there is room for improvement on the management side of things. Still, I am grateful for the managers and any other staff that have helped me resolve any problems I faced. Thank you. Another issue faced is that the gym usually opens later than the opening time stated. While opening later by 5 minutes is not too bad, there were certain moments where the gym was opened 30 minutes past the opening time and a crowd of people (5 -6 people) had formed outside the gym. I am unsure if that happens frequently as I have not been to the gym during opening hours recently, but I hope the situation has improved. I will update this post accordingly. All in all, great equipment with adequate management.
