We just moved from London to Singapore with a family of 5. My spouse's firm hired Fragomen to support her/our family immigration into Singapore. From the start our contacts at Fragomen were slow to respond, unhelpful and cutting corners at every opportunity. For instance my spouse asked them help to fill in the PEP form, but they claimed this had to be filled in by the individual itself, that they couldn't do it, and then would just refer to a web link to the form and, voila! Counsel was vague/unclear and it took quite a bit of time to understand the right track for us to get the right immigration approach into the country. They took ages to respond to our emails and were rarely helpful. In a nutshell, very unsatisfied and would definitely recommend against ever thinking of hiring them.
