β β β β β It's a good hotel within this price range. It's difficult to find a hotel in Singapore at this price. It's completely basic. Keep your expectations minimum. Best part is the hotel is clean and conveniently located. You have to use bus to enjoy the convenience. MRT is little far. There are lots of food choices nearby. We will definitely come back to this place when we will travel again in tight budget.

β β β β β The hotel is quite cheap.. Room is clean.. If you need iron and iron board, just request for it and the staff will send it to the room ?Bus stop is just a few step from hotel.. And also convenience store, cheers is just beside the hotel.. Nearest mrt station is novena station but need to walk around 20 minutes ??

β β β β β The hotel wasn't so big. I got a double room and it was quite small, but it was clean and comfortable. I met the cleaner uncle a few times and he was really friendly and nice.
Prices were not high compared to other hotels in town.

β β β β β I was at this hotel during my 7 days SHN (Stay Home Notice). The room that I was in; was adequate for my needs. Without this pandemic, I reckon this accommodation will be great for travellers to explore the surrounding and see what Singapore can offer. As the location of hotel allow easy access to most public transport.

β β β β β During my every Corporate Visit in Singapore, I had a very good Service Offered from The staff.. Despite being Small, The Staffs were very well Mannered & Cooperative. I had great time talking with all the staff when I used to reach the lobby after finishing my work. Indeed they were very Humble.. I remember one of the Staff Named Angelica and others.. Even the Sweeper Aunt.
Can't wait to fly again at Singapore & Reside at Hotel Fragrance!!

β β β β β The hotel looks ok on online booking. I have to give congratulations to photographer who did very well photoshoot . I was there with my family 4. adult..Rooms are very small its more smaller bed than guest house. Clean but bed and room is worst. Very small good for single person in double room . Super delux room is good for couple ..not Worth for money .so dont pay in advance. Look the room before check in ...any way 2 star for there hospitality and politness..very good Staff. Best regard
