Uncle has serious attitude problem and laziness. Don’t bother doing ninjavan drop off here. The uncle doesn’t want to learn how to use technology. Went to another branch in Clementi within 2 mins done. This uncle asked me to spend money printing a label which didn’t exist on the app also. If you don’t want to work, just quit and sleep at home.

Do not select 431 Clementi Ave 3, #01-332 for any package collection service. I queued to collect my order and when it was finally my turn, I went with the staff went to retrieve one of the package at the back of the shop and then he decided to go back to the cashier point to serve walk in customers. I waited for a couple of min and he still continued serving other customers. So I picked up my parcel from the same shelf and brought it to the cashier for him. Instead of thanking me he scolded me said I am not supposed to do that. I told him I see you keep serving others, did mine halfway and I keep waiting. He yelled at me to say his walk in customers have priority so I just have to wait. I said it is not written anywhere on ezbuy website or displayed in the shop and he continued to yell at me. I was discriminated against and treated very rudely. Another google user has also stated this shop has attitude problem. Indeed so, he needs basic training on respect for customers.
