β β β β β The only thing consistent about this Singtel shop is their unpleasant, non-existent years of customer service. This deserves no star rating - unfortunately, Google doesn't allow it. Stay away from this place when you can. Head down to other Singtel shops - Westgate, VivoCity, Ion, or Plaza Singapura. They have friendlier and helpful staff than this shop.

β β β β β Terrible experience. Salesperson is pushy and petty. Kept insisting customer to purchase a useless phone. 2 years contract for a "Free Phone" that's worth 128 on Shopee. When customer showed interest in other models apart from the one recommended, salesperson will show signs of defensiveness and an exasperated tone of voice and will try to divert your attention back to the useless junk. Refusal to answer to enquiries after failed persuasion. Zero ethics. Zero customer service. Better off getting your phone elsewhere. Salesperson if u need the cash, go beg elsewhere. Read the other reviews or head down urself for a wonderful experience.

β β β β β Unless you just nice buying the phone that has the highest commission for them. If not they won't bother serving you. Do list down what you went to asked here so as the rest of us would know. Even if the salesperson is rude, list it down to everyone benefits. Which phone to avoid.

β β β β β Went there to get my phone sim card checked, was attended by a sales person. I told him that my 5G data was not able to be used at certain times. He repeatedly told me not to use Singtel 5G data when I already paid for it. So what is the point of my buying the 5G plan when I can't even use it and was told to use 4G instead. The sales person was also very rude and didn't even bother to get it checked out. Singtel you should get better staff or reprimand your sales persons!! Worst experience I have had!

β β β β β All the comments are true. Staff canβt be bothered to be nice and polite. Didnβt get treated very nastily or upsell maybe because I was purchasing the most expensive model already. But no smiles, no customer service. When I said I donβt need insurance, he painted the picture in a very ugly manner like my phone is going to ruins and itβll be too bad for me. No addressing of customer, no interaction or any signs of building relationship. Overall attitude seems like heβs being forced to work here and canβt wait to quit. If youβre there and know what you want then perhaps you can get what you need but if you need any other help or want to seek clarifications about anything else I suggest you go to another SingTel outlet

β β β β β Unfriendly customer service kept talking down to us with a sarcastic, condescending tone when all we asked for was a little advice. Around the shop we heard many senior customers getting spoken down to as well >:( not cool.
The only consistent thing with this place seems to be its years of toxic service. I hope for SingTel and Clementi Mall to take this seriously and please do better.
The only helpful advice they should be giving out is for customers to stay away.

β β β β β I went to Singtel Clementi Mall today with my husband to get an add on mobile number and a new phone . After waiting for 30 minutes we were attended by a sales person . She insisted on selling a new plan when we wanted to use a feature of an existing plan. Then she got very rude and unhelpful, telling us how our plan was unsuitable before eventually admitting she did not know how our existing plan works. She continued to be rude and completely unapologetic . We walked out after 10 minutes without completing any transactions. Singtel needs to do a better job in hiring and training their sales staff on customer service
