★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For very basic cleaning its not so bad (Duvets). But I put in a couple of expensive silk shirts recently - I asked them to take extra care. But they came out reeking of cheap washing powder and were pressed badly. The older man there is super rude, and initially I felt like I couldn't trust him and seemed he didn't care at all - Ultimately I was correct.
The extra 1 star is for the lady that works there part time. She is nice.
If you're going to get expensive shirts cleaned - although slightly more expensive. Pressto which is just around the corner is a better option for delicate cleans.
