★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very expensive 2 button, 3 roll 2 tailored jacket with full canvassing dry cleaned. They ironed the lapels to turn it into a 3 button jacket, destroying the jacket. I am extremely devastated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presto took my suit pants which required mending and told me they needed 10 days to complete the job. It has no been 14 days and they are asking on the final day for an extension due to delays. Very poor service quality of the firm, not necessarily this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprised that my whole duvet has pill balls after cleaning (it’s quite new without pills before cleaning). It shouldn’t happened with professional laundry service. I contacted their customer service and they just recommended rewashing.....and of course it still has pill balls after rewashing. I emailed their customer service again and then no responses ....very disappointed services
