We hired them for a deep cleaning after renovation of the apartment. They were supposed to clean until 4.30pm, but ran off before 12pm. End up whole place was still dusty. Supervisor took advantage of my old aged mum, showed up, told the cleaners to leave, said the job was completed and took money from her. Refused to answer their phone through whatsapp or direct call until a couple hours later. Insisted my mum said to clean simply but everywhere was dusty and dirty with half baked service. There were more photos to be shared taken of the door, windows etc. But the dust didn't show up properly on the photos so i didn't upload it. Overall, a scamming company. Very very bad quality. Hire them at your own risk. EDIT : (Forgot to edit the very next day after the issue occurred.) When my eldest sister finally reached Den, the company manager, Den was apologetic and determined to work with us in regards to the situation after being shown over 20 photos of dust and dirt everywhere, especially the shelves and tops. They came back again today to work at it for another two hours. And in all honesty, i can only say it was a fair job, since i had to point out the kitchen wall tiles, 1 cabinet top and shelf weren't clean. the detergent used on the floor was too soapy to the point where you can literally see with the naked eye and feel the thickness, gooey residue with your feet. And i have to clean the kitchen appliances, entrance/inside of the toilet floor and dish sink after. Some spots were missed, but we let it go since we really only wanted to clean up as much of the dust and post renovation mess, which the dust was pretty much left untouched on the first day. I'm not all too sure how much of the cleaning was done by my mum and nephew from the first day as the both of them took a few hours together to clean up the rooms (mostly for the furniture like cupboards, shelves, beds etc) after they first left. So i'm only judging by the kitchen and living room. Only commenting because Den did try his hardest to make it up to us, and for that i give him a 5 stars service. But when it came to deep cleaning service which we requested for, the best i can really only give, is a 2 stars.

Customer service is fast and responsive. Actual work is passable. They managed to remove dirt and clean the obvious and easy to clean places. However, I think their expertise are lacking in dealing with different type of dirt and stain. There were some powder stain on a shower wall that they could not remove after working very hard on it (they did work hard) repeatedly. Afterwards I removed them myself with a very dry towel. One thing that is not satisfying is the β€œWe only billed your for XX hours” attitude. After all, I paid to get my place cleaned and your inspection technician inspected my house before I was given a quotation.

I would not recommend this to anyone else. I have engaged them for a spring cleaning services yesterday. I was quoted $340 for 4.5 hours job done by 2 cleaners. The first two that came were okay. Subsequently they sent another 2 cleaners to clean the kitchen and hall. When I asked the Indian guy if the wall behind the shelve was cleaned, he at first said yes and after I probe further, he said he needed to check with the other person who later confirmed that the wall tile behind the shelve was not cleaned as she could not reach. I think this is a fair statement given that there were stuff on the shelve. I had a cover for my washing machine as I would expect the cleaner to remove, wipe and put it back. After they left, I checked and realized that they only cleaned the surface only. I was quite agitated by this and started to check everywhere. Then it came to my notice that the cleaner only cleaned the place where you can see. For example: I have a bottle of mouth washer placed on the soap holder and when I took the mouth washer, the dust is still there. They also did not clean one of my stand fans. They did offer to come back for a touch up cleaning but I had declined it. I would expect a professional cleaning services given the price and yet, it is disappointing. In short, think twice if you want to engage Fresh Cleaning.

I don't know where to start with this company. Not professional at all, turned up not really knowing what the job was about after I specified clearly beforehand - terrible communication between admin and the team. The contractor for the work was under skilled, didn't listen and has left so many marks on my surface that I now need to pay an expert to rectify. Less than 24 hours before they tried to reschedule my appointment which left me having to move work calls and impacted my business. They then rescheduled again due to a breakdown in communication with the team further messing up my work week. Then just to top it off, when they said the appointment was at 9am, they turned up at 10:30am again.. delaying the day and impacting my work. The contractors left my apartment in a complete mess, the walls, floor, every surface and my curtains were filthy. I asked specifically about dust to the apartment beforehand and they really should have given me the heads up to take my curtains down before. It took me more than 3 hours to clean my apartment after they left. The contractor couldn't tell me what the problem was, the "supervisor" was not helpful at all in this regard and I assume he either took a shortcut to skip a grit or he didn't do a deep enough grind. You expect to pay the experts to know. They also lied about an expoxy finish, adding further confusion when we were trying to breakdown what exactly went wrong. Just to add insult to injury, not a single courtesy call to discuss the issues, no one was sent to rectify the issue, and messages and phone calls ignored. After spending 10 days trying to call and message more than 10 times I gave up. Admin kept pushing me back to Denis at operations, and when I managed to get through to Denis and he tried to push me back to admin, he hung up on me! Reprehensible behaviour, to say that I am not impressed, is an understatement. A few clowns short of a circus, do not recommend at all.

Jason and team were helpful and several of the team members went out of their way to complete their tasks, despite one having to stay till past 8pm (Dao). the other stand out was Lucy, who returned after her other offsite to help out the remaining mates. as with most teams, there's always one that deter the perfect score. worked with Jason on the way forward in improving this individual and Jason was receptive to the feedback provided ????

TL;DR: 1 star for cleaning service, 5 stars for polishing/grinding service. 11/01/2020 UPDATE: I also got them to do a pre-tenancy cleaning of my apartment after the polishing/grinding of the marble floor (review of that service is below - that was good). I was out of the country when the cleaning happened, and the handover of tenancy was immediately after I returned so I didn't have time to do a check. I assumed all would be ok. On the handover day, when my new tenant took over, she immediately complained about the condition of the apartment to the agent - the apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the fridge did not appear to have been touched at all - see the attached pictures which my tenant sent me. I called up the company and they said would send someone down to rectify. They said that the cleaning team would arrive by 1.30pm that same day. My tenant had made earlier plans but came back specially by 1.15pm to open the door for the cleaners. By 2.45pm, my tenant contacted me to say that the cleaners still hadn't arrived. I called up again and the boss said there was a mix up with the cleaning team and that they "confirm will reach within 15 mins" - that was 2.52pm. They only arrived 30 minutes later. That would be fine if they did a good job on the re-clean. The cleaning team told my tenant that cleaning of the fridge was NOT INCLUDED in the package. This was the first time that I, or my agent, have heard this for a pre-tenancy cleaning service. Anyway, called the boss again, and he said that he would sort it out and he would get them to clean the fridge. So they apparently "cleaned" the fridge, but the feedback from my tenant (who was witnessing the cleaning of the fridge) was "The agency that came just used water in front of me, no cleaning products. They just wiped, not cleaned." - see the photos for what the fridge looked like AFTER they "cleaned". So I WOULD NOT recommend this company for their cleaning services, although the floor polishing and grinding were ok. 10/12/2019: Engaged them to grind and polish the marble flooring in my apartment. Yusof and team did a great job, very polite and efficient. Gave me tips on how to maintain the flooring so that it is kept in good condition. Price was reasonable and I'll look to use them in the future. 5 stars for the floor polishing and grinding.

Not recommended. Booked post renovation cleaning. Rang me to come check before they leave coz they have another job. I was there on time. Keep repeating they have another job but I found a few places in my house not well cleaned. When i ask to remove some stain on the toilet floor, they become defensive, say it my contractor responsibility, say because I didn’t pay for chemical wash etc. I have to raised my voice to shut them up. And to cut the long story short, I pay them so that they can leave, then mop and remove the stain around the house myself after.

Confused with the negative reviews, as my experience was very very positive. Took around 3 hours for a 600sqft condo, a deep cleaning with chemical bathroom cleaning. Scheduling was very easy with quick communication β€” received service in 2 days. 2 helpers and the supervisor came. Very thorough cleaning of all surfaces, especially appreciate the bathroom β€” even the plastic soap holders were thoroughly washed. Proposed extra cleaning beyond my request behind sofa, bed and fridge, despite them being relatively difficult to move. Came on time and left as well, all devices and appliances were put back in place. Would recommend.
