β β β β β I really regretted engaging Stephen Lee to fix my door. We agreed in advance it would cost S$250 to fix the door on condition that he assess upon arrival and will not charge me anything if he is unable to fix. Upon his arrival, he went on to open up the wooden structure and then told me that he was unable to fix. Later he claimed that he has made the sliding smoother but my door is still jammed so I wonder what is the point of making the sliding smoother. He has the cheek to ask for payment of S$80 even without improving a single thing! I ended up giving him S$50 and wasted an hour of time AND STILL A JAMMED DOOR.

Fast to respond and the service is very good. Would recommend others to use them.

β β β β β Be careful if u are engaging this company for aircon servicing.
Took up 1 year contract with them.
Ask u pump gas, chemical overhaul for fairly new aircon within their 7 month servicing.
Ended the contract earlier.
Contract may seemed cheap on the paper but they will have excuses etc to their prices.
After every servicing, expect the unexpected happening.
Blocked and deleted my comments in their fb page.

β β β β β Used servishero for their aircon and cleaning service, both the technicians and cleaners were very professional in their jobs, they were polite, helpful and even helped my family to dispose off our furnitures.
Already subscribed to their monthly cleaning package and would definitely try their other services

β β β β β Made a booking for servicing of air-con over the weekend. No show.
At the time of the appointment received a message via WhatsApp from (O2 Engineering) saying that they did not receive any appointment for my unit and asked if I can reschedule my appointment.
I can understand there might be lapse in communication between the two parties but having to cancel all appointments for the day just to get a no show is not acceptable.
Worst of all, contacting servis hero is like winning the lottery. Message them but no reply because they are not opened on weekends.
Very disappointed with the service and this is not the kind of service the company promised.
I would highly recommend to just engage the service with the air-con company directly.

We were surprised by your quick response to our queries and able to arrange the service within this short period of time. Your price was quoted reasonably too.
Moreover, the team who came to do the job, reached our office on time and finished the work within the given time. Service report was sent not long after the job done either. Very impressive!!!
