This is Razak. I would like to say BIG thank you to Mr Toh who came down to repair my faulty washing machine. I needed someone to rectify the problem as it is one of our daily needs. He is the man who came dwn promptly.He solved the issue in less than 15 mins. Now my washing machine is working very well.
Shhhh! He does not know the machine is 10 years old. ?

Toh responded to the emergency call promptly within half a day and changed out the faulty fan within 30 mins.
Fridge has been working fine since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all! Out to cheat money. Serviceman was very rude and even argued and dismissed his poor workmanship. Came to fix the fridge yet within 48 hours the fridge was spoilt. When I called him back to ask what had happened, he just said he is off and won't be fixing anything. Not responsible and reliable at all! He even said the cylinder was leaking when I asked why did it happened. Why would you have pumped gas inside a leaking cylinder?!
Out to cheat money. Beware!!

We called the fridge repair service and received an prompt response. However, that was the only good thing that happened with us when we chose this company. The technician knew our fridge was too old and had issues that couldn’t be fixed. But, he still went ahead and suggested us to replace one of the parts in the fridge for 280$ cost. Due to the urgency of situation, we believed in the technician’s advise and went ahead with the service. However, it was complete waste of money. Within 24 h, our fridge was back to the same problem it had before and technician refused to help us. He is not even agreeing to his mistakes and even said that it was late in the night, so, he didn’t think about the situation completely. Such an unprofessional service. Please don’t waste your money by employing this company for your repair service.
