My iPhone 11 went blank screen and wouldn’t turn on. Check online and found mister mobile service capable to repair iPhone. Glad that my phone was sent to mister mobile. It took 3 days to repair the mother board and my data is all intact. My phone feels as good as before it went dead. Price is reasonable too!! Highly recommended!!!

The young men changed our mobile phone batteries and ensured they were working properly. Afterwhich they took the initiative to clean the screens and phones properly and carefully returned the mobiles back to us in pristine order. They were swift, polite, respectful. Thank you for your service ! Will definitely go there again for our future mobile repair requirements !

Service was excellent and fast, managed to have my broken LCD replaced within the same day. Staff also checked with me if I was alright with getting a different coloured replacement for my phone frame before proceeding with repairs as they were out of stock for my colour. I greatly appreciate that they had informed me first and got my confirmation to proceed. Will recommend for their excellent service and customer care.

Did a random search for motherboard repair service. Came across Mister Mobile and their prices are transparent and reasonable. Decided to try out their service. Their service was good, workmanship is top notch and price stay true as stated. No surprises. Went down to the same branch for 2nd time to have battery replaced. Fast, cheap and good. I think it will be my trusted repair shop.

Went there twice. Each visit gives a better impression than the last. My old phone was having battery issues. I booked a slot and went. Staff was clear, and gave accurate pickup time for minimal waiting. Problem was resolved after. Some battery heating issue occured about 20 days after the repair. A free testing and battery replacement was done with no fuss, as it was still under warranty. Their service and response means that I will be visiting them in the future if I ever require their expertise!

Honest and friendly staff! Brought my phone down as there my screen turned black after dropping it. Received good news that it was a loose wire and I only had to pay a small fee for the diagnosis and service charge rather than for an entire LCD replacement (which they could have easily charged me for and I would not have known). Two thumbs up for their honesty and efficiency as well! Highly recommend!

It was unfortunate I found my iPhone X pregnant 1 morning. I knew from experience it's the battery that got bloated. Didn't expect an Apple product to have this issue, added with the fact I'd taken good care of it and would always charge it up as soon as the battery level got near to 40%. Brought to Apple (Orchard) and was found needing battery replacement, which would cost $99. I proceeded with the job and waited for an hour anticipating getting the phone back fixed. But the call came telling me he couldn’t fix the phone because he couldn’t open the phone up!! This is an Apple technician, who couldn’t fix an Apple device!! When asked how the battery problem happened, he claimed I’d been leaving the phone in discharged state – which is utterly BS. What a *^%$@@^ disappointment with Apple. Found Mister Mobile, maned by very polite and professional frond-end staff. After half-an-hour, he got the phone fixed by his technician colleague at the back of the Jurong store. The phone is now like new, with battery lasting for 5 days without needing to recharge, all for $48 and half-an-hour wait. Besides, there’s warranty covered for the battery replacement. At every touch point, you can tell the entire business and process are run by a very competent & honest team. Kudos to Mister Mobile. Keep it up!!

Honest and professional. I made an appointment online to replace my phone battery. Upon visiting them, a friendly and professional technician diagnosed my phone and told me it's not worth replacing as the battery life improvement may not be significant. He further gave some tips and tricks to enhance battery life and recommend to replace the battery only if the phone lasts less than 4 hours or if the battery is swollen. What a pleasant surprise. It's rare in these days to have honest business that care about their customer. Mister Mobile is one of them. I will definitely come here for any mobile related issues from now on.
