Had a very bad experience with the lady boss. Ordered my food and waited for about 15mins (was sitting 2 tables away from the stall). Went over to check (1st time), she said my food was not ready yet. Then overheard her telling another customer "there is a queue system, so have to wait". After that, from my table, I witnessed her serving food to other customers who ordered after me (I was certain). Went over for the 2nd time to check again, she told me she distributed all the carrot cakes to other customers already and that the boss was going to fry a new batch and I had to wait. She was NOT apologetic at all for missing my order. I asked for a refund as my family and I were about to finish our meals (the uncle have yet to start frying a new batch). Lady boss refunded me. After I left the stall, she taunted my family and I, saying this loudly behind our table "小气 哈哈哈 真小气" (petty, hahaha, so petty). So much for having a "queue system". Oh well...

Stall ran by elderly couple selling different varieties of traditional and innovative carrot cake. Good crisp and fluffy egg. Black carrot cake not overly sweet. Accept mobile payment like grab, paylah and so on.

The Carrot cake taste is different from others. I believe they make their own then from supplier. Will try their Mala White Carrot cake next time

The carrot cake is nicely presented, stacked on top of another. For $3, you get 4 layers. The carrot cake tasted generic. The use of eggs is generous, almost omelette. The preserved radish is on the sweetish side. Very competently-fried.
