β β β β β The muffins here are quite good. Itβs sweet but very fresh and moist.
My favourites are Banana Muffin and Coconut Tart.
Tart crust is nice too!

β β β β β Very affordable, delicious muffins. Lemon muffin was fluffy, moist and had some lemon cream filling. Egg tart was very sweet and soft.

β β β β β Told me to come back after 30mins even though I saw some in the tray. So I waited exactly 30mins to go back to get the tarts. However, when I got back to the stall, she told me no more and if I want, I need to wait again for another 1 hour! She could have ask if I can make payment to reserve then get later, but she did not and wasted my time to wait and in vain! Her attitude is also like those who behaves super stuck up hawker, whose business is good! Bad experience! Will never go again. Used my favorite stall but wonβt be anymore.

β β β β β Coconuts tarts are amazing! can eat 2 or 3 at 1 go. was sad when I went once and there was only 1 left. recommend to call to order before you go so that you won't be disappointed.

β β β β β I buy muffins weekly from SLII Muffin. The owner is delightful and greets me with a smile every time. Banana Chocolate and coconut tart are my personal favourites but honestly, everything is delicious and her prices are very reasonable. Keep up the great work!

β β β β β Located at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Hawker Centre, and sell a variety of muffins and tart. Got the coconut tart. Comes with a nice biscuit crust with coconut custard and grated coconut toppings.
Love it. Will be back for more.

β β β β β Bought egg tarts & coconut tarts for my family. I like the smooth and wobbly egg custard. Not so sweet. For coconut tart, while I'm personally not a fan of coconut, this flavours have impressed my family. They prefer coconut tarts to egg tarts.
