The fried kway teow was flavourful and serving size was just alright.
However, it was a tad bit too oily. The noodles were shining with oil and the plate has a reservoir of oil after i finished the noodles. The cockles were also really small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After finish our journey in Mc Ritchie, we walked to Adam Food Center and looked for this. Not the first time I tried this but still very surprised by how good it was! So cheap and tasty ?! Very strong in flavor but a bit too much sugar and oil for me. I would highly recommend these two. I will be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice oysters. Size and number of oysters about 5-6 is considered generous for $5 serving. Haha sorry I ate till less than half is left then decided to take a photo. Yum yum! Update on 29 June 2022: the photo of complete plate. Still good value even in the midst of Ukraine- Russia war!

The black carrot cake was freshly stir fried and flavourful. A bit spicy for me but very yummy
The oyster omelette, on the other hand was very average - bland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sort of a second choice given that the famous stores weren’t open, but it turned out to be really good!
The dry Hokkien mee was flavourful, pretty rare to find a dry version, but I do love both variants after trying the dry one for the first few times ??
Prawn omelette was slightly salty though, but thoroughly enjoyed it since we don’t eat the oyster style one and this has the starchiness cooked within the eggs ?
