Friend'z Hair Studio - 721 Clementi West Street 2

I went for rebonding last month with the promotion price. Both china lady and young guy are nice and skillful, I am satisfied with their service. They will give advice but never hard sell. Will go again if having the same promotion. Highly recommend.

1. booked for a perm online at fave, called for booking, and the boss told me to cancel the booking and just pay them directly same price... okay fine. ( read till below i will explain more ) 2. asked for haircut price one day before booking, ignored my questions and replied with something irrelevant, in the end cut my hair there for $20, and was unpleased with the outcome of the haircut, way too short imo, asked to cut mid-length ( till shoulder length ), the lady cut it above shoulder length... and after perming, my hair turned out so aunty. 3. the perming lotion made my hair so dry and frizzy, totally regretted it. This was unlike my previous perm ( at a cheaper price ) and it lasted longer and hair was less damaged at the previous salon. if y’all are planning to go to this salon, pls pay them via fave and not directly to the salon!! they might give you better services as your review is at stake! service wise they are really nice, but really hope y’all can try to understand what customer wants and accommodate to their hair needs instead of just wanting to earn more profit and don’t care the customer’s hair outcome...

The banner outside wrote haircut for $5-$10. However was charged $20 in the end. Was a fast and nice haircut but not worth $20 for a simple cut

Went there in early Jan as seen a number of good reviews in Fave, Though the hairstylist was good in her skills, we don't feel welcome throughout the session. I don't think we will go back again.

I have had my hair straightened and cut short. The barber is very warm and beautiful, and the result is very good. I will come to this shop often.

The hairstylist, Yu Tong provides professional and honest recommendation based on my hair condition. The charges are considerably reasonable for my hair length & the treatment provided. Recommend to call in advance to make an appointment.

Very happy with Yu Tong’s great service! I have been to other salon, they have been trying to upswell me saying my hairs special treatment and their pricing is not transparent, there is a lot of upsize. However, I do not feel any pressure with friend’z hair studio! Happy customer here :) thank you
