β β β β β I almost wait for 15min and the shop lady go and serve customer who came after me and no courtesy to say sorry after I told I wanna left the shop because she didnβt inform me anything. And keep me waiting only.. very poor service

β β β β β Very good service from Jasmine. I did my softbound and the freezy hair is gone. Results has been great. Important to make appointment before heading down to the shop, and Jasmine responded very fast to whatsapp and calls.

β β β β β I was reccommended by a friend, who had her hair done by Jasmine. It turned out very nicely. However, I read the 2 negative reviews and was a little sceptical. Finally decided to give it a try. No regrets having my hair done at XStyle. The price is reasonable and my soft rebonding looked great! As Jasmine has no assistants, it's best to make an appointment with her. That way you won't need to waste you time waiting for your turn. I will definitely go back again and have reccommended her to my friends too.

β β β β β Never going back. The vibe was 1/10. Not only was the lady unfriendly (no greeting no smile nothing), she also didn't bother to ask and just trimmed my fringe to above eyebrow length! The service experience leaves much to be desired.
