Terrible service, shoddy workmanship, poor business ethics/ integrity and they don’t provide receipts of our purchase. Zero stars!!!

Extremely terrible service and product, potential buyers please do not trust!!! Brought a cushion cover (100% fit) over to their store for measurement and pre-ordered new cushions for my sofa. Purchased 10 B-shape cushions (Good dream) for $310.00. 1) At the very last minute before the cushions arrive, they requested ANOTHER $150 as they measured the cushions cover wrongly and that the cushions should be of a bigger size. Worse still, they DID NOT WANT to provide a receipt to us (for the additional money given to them) despite much prompting. 2) The sponge cushions have a very pungent, unpleasant smell. My living room reeked of the smell and we have not started using the cushions ever since they were delivered. Called them to feedback about the cushions and all they did was to DISACKNOWLEDGE our claims. Bad customer service. 3) They ignored our calls repeatedly (no sense of responsibility/accountability). Hence my mom went down to the shop personally and they challenged her, asking her to sue them if she wants since they’ve got a “license” and they’re not “scared”. Utterly SPEECHLESS. Needless to say they hung up on us on several occasions. “Friendly” Furniture overpromised what they said they could do & deliver. My family gave them our trust and this is what we got from them. Absolutely horrendous. Our hard-earned money and precious time were wasted. Would totally rate 0 stars if possible
