โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience. Grossly underestimated the household items to be moved, sent a smaller truck instead of a bigger truck so we had to make 3 loads and stretched into 2 days. They said there would be at least 2 trucks on first day but only one came. Had to take leave on 2nd day, supervisor/driver was an hour late. Gave me attitude and was difficult because I asked for some form of compensation or discount due to stretching my move to 2 days.
The mover boys were all very nice, very helpful, but not very careful. They scratched my floor quite deeply and they misplaced the screws to my bedframe. They came to fix a week later, but still missing some screws which attached my frame together. I gave up waiting for them.
Their supervisor/driver...left much to be desired. Did not care for his boys and kept scolding them. Will not be using them again.
