Booked their service well in advance. Also did this agreement that if my things will be full load then I’ll pay for full load otherwise will keep the half load rate. Service Review: Two guys came on time and packed everything quickly in 15 mins. The total luggage was 4 trolleys full of boxes + 1 trolley with a Sofa Table + 2 cycles. Everything got fit in half of their lorry. The guy loading suddenly said it’ll be counted in full load on which I asked why and explained him that it’s only 5 trolleys since we cannot keep cycles on trolley so they are the extras. Once we reach destination, movers were not wearing any mask. When the existing people raised the concern they uttered bad words to them and got angry. I don’t know after that what they reported to their boss Kavinraj but suddenly everyone started saying I need pay for full price. When I talked to their boss and try to explain him that only bicycles are not on trolley because it can’t be loaded on trolley, he replied VERY RUDELY and EVEN THREATENED ME (his exact words - “IF YOU DON’t PAY, I KNOW WHAT TO DO”?). The argument continued and eventually I end up paying for FULL LOAD. This is when I made a friendly gesture by giving the movers angpao packets for CNY just after the delivery. ? So, beware when you book their services - better to book someone who have professionalism and can talk properly instead of being rude. Also note that these guys don’t wear masks and give excuses like as movers had to lift things they are not required to wear mask - which is a lie since I have seen so many mover coming in my estate and all wearing masks. [Edit after Owner’s reply] To clarify, this would be my last review edit and it was necessary to clarify some of the half baked things highlighted in their reply. Firstly, it was not white and black as you yourself said that I’ll send lorry and will charge you “Accordingly” - you should have clearly told that if I request for lorry to come then I’ll be charged for full load instead of saying that I’ll be charged as per my luggage. Additionally, I don’t understand how you calculated cycles to be additional load as we can clearly not put cycles on trolleys. Secondly, even if I keep the money aside and understand that I had to pay for full load - what about the No mask thing, and your guys getting angry on requesting for wearing a mask. Also what did you mean when you said - I KNOW WHAT TO DO???? - instead of giving threats to customers you should send your agent ahead of time and clearly quote the price after seeing the luggage that’ll help for both sides. Anyways, whats done is done and I, for most certain, will NOT recommend anyone taking this service.

At short notice, they were able to move my stuffs collect from two locations to my new home. They were punctual and did the job very well. I really appreciate it. It is very hard to get movers at short notice.

Then you Speed Sg Movers for a very speedy move to out new place. It was a little difficult keeping up with your pace but it made the move quick. Also the creative way of getting the bench to #2 was well appreciated.

I will recommend to my friends or relative who going to move house. Sure wont regret with this good mover company.

I am super appreciative of their service. I remembered feeling down and helpless when my previous mover company left me to complete the unfinished boxes while leaving a mess behind. I called the company on a Sat, 1 pm to come on that day to help finish the moving so that I can focus on my housewarming the week later. They came and helped me until Sun, 1.30 am. Still not finished? No worries, they offered more help from 11.30 am morning to 7.30 pm evening, tending my items carefully and without judgement. All helpers are experienced individuals and very sincere. Unlike the previous mover company, which charges me more per head and slots in an inexperienced mover just to 'make up the figure, I strongly recommend Speed SG Mover. Cheers.
