β β β β β As a HR generalist, i have to do many things in an efficient and productive way. For my company which is an SME, E-HR processes made the personnel & payroll data easily available anywhere. I have global managers in my e-hr system to approve leave for local employees. I am impressed by how easy it is for new employees to use the system. In terms of payroll, the process is seamless, saves times and can be done anywhere (telecommuting made possible because of the automating processes and for generating all the payroll reports). I definitely appreciate how easy and yet comprehensive the system is. The service team is also very patient with issues. Certainly recommend Frontier e-HR to companies esp those with a small HR team.

We worked very well with the team to roll out quickly integration features for clients that enable them to leverage on seamless data transfer of candidates that transit to new employees. Kudos to Weng Foo and his accounts/sales team (Michelle, Pansiri and Vera) at FeHR for the excellent partnership.

β β β β β We evaluated various HR solutions in market and Frontier was selected due to its comprehensive functionalities, flexibility in configuration and user-friendliness. The Frontier system was successfully implemented early this year and our HR team's productivity was greatly improved with automated and streamlined processes. Also, I would like to compliment Michelle for her professionalism and excellent service she provided.
I would definitely recommend Frontier e-HR system.

Thank you for making things easier for our company.
I would like to add, it would be great if Frontier could provide us with a manual on how to use it. because I felt really bad to keep bothering your agent with questions which most of it is an important details. And it would be easier on our end to pass down information to the next staff taking over the role.
Otherwise, it is still overall satisfied.
Totally recommended.

β β β β β e-HR has a user-friendly interface and it is easy to navigate through the different tabs and downloading of reports.
The customer service support team, Sherry and folks, have been wonderful in providing guidance and assistance. If there is an issue, they'd normally respond back in 1 to 2 working days. They also do Teams/Zoom call to guide you through step-by-step on how to input certain information.
Server is usually stable and information loads fast. This is extremely important as HR needs to upload/retrieve information on daily basis. So far the server has only been down once but it was resolved in less than a day's time.
Overall, e-HR has been a useful and good system. The automation processes definitely made processing leave application and claim expenses much more efficient.
Just a tip, it will be good to have a FAQ page for users of the system to self-help instead of having to wait for the customer support team to reply. I would definitely want to try to troubleshoot on my end before reaching out to e-HR. This would help me to familiarize with the system faster and be a 'Super User' of the system in no time.
