My experience was horrible dealing with Enable Business, it is beyond words. I am sharing so that you know what they did to me and my company. Enable Business PL has these 3 persons, one must be extra careful when dealing with them as they do different things from what was said.. and very good with changing stories. a.Sukhveer Singh Bajaj aka Suki Bajaj b.Meharan Nisa Binte Habi Mohamed aka Nisa Mohamed c.Vallakeerthi Narendar aka Nareen. My story, I am running a SME and very short handed, I was looking for a cloud solution so that I can be on the road and generate quote if needed. This whole project should be helping me to be more productive but in the end, it was huge mistake and bigger problem were created. It is a REAL shame for a so call consultant company to do this. Their modus operandi… Enable Business PL sent email spam that promised a.an accounting software - fully ready to use for 2 years QBO; Quickbook Online b.an IPAD c.training d.support – 12months e.data conversion for $5350.00. In the end, I have a half cook software, QBO that has so many problems and NO IPAD. SHOCKING REVEALS a.Software Quick Book Online Enable will write in the quote, a software subscription of $39.99 x 24 will be given. In reality, they paid $5 to QBO only. They collected upfront $1026.94 from me and slowly pay QBO $5 per month via their credit card. How can one trust this company? What if they defaulted? Who will suffer? Of course, it will be me. What will the recourse be? What is the guarantee? None. The most shocking thing is that Enable Business owned the MASTER ADMIN RIGHTS to the accounts of my company even though there are NOT my accountants, NOT my book keeper and NOT my business consultant. This means that Enable Business a.owned all my company data forever!! b.can access to my company’s account as and when they want todo whatever they want. I had never agreed to this. No one with a sound mind will agree to this. They did not explain what this meant and did not write this in the quote. Enable Business just do this quietly behind our back. I wonder how many people do not know about this. Look thru the software and see who is the master admin. Any business owner will know that keeping accounting records correctly is vital esp. GST registered company. We cannot NEVER leave to chance. I was shocked to know this, it was too late then. I already paid them $5350.00 b.An IPAD On the very 1st appointment, Suki and Nisa brought a piece of poorly printed paper to my office and no name cards (they claimed finished). They did all the explanations and promises verbally. They promised an IPAD as a tool to be used with the QBO software. When I receive the quote, I asked why the IPAD was not listed? Nisa said, it was a free gift and will be given after the project is completed. When Nisa came to my office to collect the cheque, she reinforced that the IPAD will be given After the project via a gift voucher. When they cleared the check payment and project is about to end, I ask for the gift, they straightaway changed and denied all the promises. c.Training – they charged $500 for -1 hour in their office with our own laptop for lousy explanation -The time was practically used for logging into the system only The so call training was done by Suki. Nisa even ate smelly food in the office during that time. The experience was nauseating. Yucks! d.Installation – they charged .. I think $1000 I went to QBO to ask, it was confirmed that there was NO installation charge. e.Support – they charged $1200 for this The support will be an Indian female on the line struggling to help due to communication and know how. It is so frustrating, in the end, I gave up calling her. :( In the end, I have to pay more money to get the whole system corrected again. I decided NOT to use QBO as I do not trust Enable Business PL. Yes, the whole $5350.00 was paid for this horrible experience.

I wouldn’t change my SEO Provider for anything in the world. They have been outstanding from day one. I am a complete newbie to the world of Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing. Mr. Suki has taken time to explain the entire process, time frames, contents, frameworks and costs to me. The whole process took us around 3 months to see any decent changes in our page rankings as well as page hits, but we are now 6 months through and i couldn’t be happier. Our sales has increased 200% and our page viewership as gone up almost 500% since engaging Enable’s Services. My only advise is to be patient and trust in their ways, it is not a β€˜quick’ or β€˜fast’ solution, but ultimately you will see results. The only gripes that i do have is with the communications which could definitely be improved.

We are very impressed with the level of support that we managed to get from Enable Business. Enable Business had provided us a full team of support to take care of our day to day support to project management and even down to all the IT admin job! It's truly a money well spent for a complete IT Solution. Now i no longer need to be concerned about I.T and can just seat down to focus on what is important for my business! Before getting to know Enable Business, we used other outsourced ad-hoc I.T solution provider. I personally thought that it could be cost effective as they offered a pay as you use concept and it sounded very attractive. To my horror, every time when there's a IT issue, our previous vendor will be issuing us a different engineer and it seems like they have no idea on how is our setup. The worst part is as it's a pay as you use package, the hour clocked during each issue is always very long. Especially the engineer do not know how is our setup so that it took longer than usual to solve an issue. We glad that we have chosen Enable Business to take care of our I.T need. After they took over, they took the initiative to re-audit all of our setup and help us to further stabilise our system. The best part is now we have a capable team to take care of our I.T need and also we will no longer have to worry about shocking bills from ad-hoc vendors. The monthly package is really affordable. Keep up the good job and we will definitely recommend your services to any of our contacts looking for I.T support

Thank you very much for your professional advice and implementing an accounting solution that fits my business. From the outset I have been very impressed with the solution and the way you all have gone about implementing it for my business. We were introduced to Mr Naren from Enable Business from a common business friend. After a consultation they took time to understand our requirements and the operational demands of our business and proposed a solution that would fit our business model. We were extremely satisfied when all of our Customer Lists, Supplier List, Products and Services list as well as Chart of Accounts were imported over with 3 years of information from our previous accounting solution. The training session with Mr Suki Bajaj was very informative in which all the key elements of the QuickBooks Online solution was explained to us in much depth, we were also issued with a QuickBooks Online booklet that contained lots of important information. However one suggestion would be to increase the time for the training session, as we felt 3 hours was rather short. Thank you very much.

The efficient service and help rendered by Enable Business in guiding and sharing the knowledge on the usage of the Quick Books software is amazing. To quote an example of good service rendered was, when i had called for assistance on a week end, even though Enable Business was closed for business for the weekend, however they went an extra mile to get a person to contact me and assist me to clear my doubts on the entries that was made. That’s great service!
