Frontier will always be our go-to choice when it comes to CCTV surveillance systems because we had gone through very frustrating and somewhat traumatic experiences with other cctv installers as far back as 18 years ago. All these less than satisfactory experiences finally came to an end after we chose Frontier to assist us in reprogramming of our cctv system on our laptops - their engineers are very experienced because we stopped facing hiccups after the reprogramming was done; it was a great relief for us since uninterrupted access to cctv footages at home were of paramount importance to us! We have also observed that Frontier has also made alot of effort in being responsive despite the many work restrictions imposed due to covid for the past 2 years. Lately, our existing cctv system which was fixed up by another company started to have hiccups as early as in October 2021. We related the issue to one of their engineers out of desperation and did some simple testing on our own based on what they taught us and indeed, it was an adaptor issue which we got it replaced on our own at just a few dollars! Other installers we had reached out to have suggested otherwise in replacing our entire system (recorder & all cameras without even bothering to find out what was wrong with our system) and they reasons they handed out was simply because our system is already old and it is time for a change to more updated products. When our old HIK vision recorder finally broke down in March 2022, we placed a call with Frontier immediately to request for their expertise in a recorder replacement. And we must say that the experience was a really positive one because the engineers came down to troubleshoot first and recommend what is required based on the need to replace only; they only quote what is required because all our cameras were still functioning well. As such, we are very grateful to Frontier for being so ethical in not overcharging us and for not selling us what we do not require for our existing cctv system. The new recorder that Frontier has installed gave us sharper resolution for our cctv footages, better sensitivity for motion dection, and viewing was instantenous with good stability compared to our old recorder. Every aspect of their service, be it installation works, programming and after sales (troubleshooting - for our mobile devices & our old cctv microphone) is impeccable! We would have given them 10 stars out of 5 stars if such a rating was available. They have surpassed our expectations given our previous poor experiences with other installers for close to 2 decades (no exaggeration!). Everything was a breeze for us after Frontier stepped in to help us with our cctv system this year. It was absolutely fuss-free and they are reasonably priced too! We would highly recommend Frontier to those who require a sound cctv system as they are definitely reliable with a very sound knowledge of cctv systems! We will be very happy to have them back again should we require their services in the future.
