She was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions very clearly. We went home to decide and she was patient to give us time to consider which lock we wanted. She even booked a time slot for us first as we needed the lock to be installed this week and there we limited slots left. Eventually we decided and got our lock installed today. Installer was also polite, he called us to check if he could come earlier. He tested the lock and explained everything step by step clearly. Overall a good service by their team, would definitely come back if I need to do gate lock. Definitely recommended!

We went to Tradehub 21 to take a look at digital locks and Joey from Ann Digital Lock was there to serve us on that day. She was very patient in running us through the various models of digital locks and we got the model that suit our needs best. A couple of months after using the lock and door viewer, we ran into some software issues (no fault with hardware which works well) with our door viewer and Joey assisted us promptly. We had a reply on the very evening itself and this speak volumes about their response to any possible issues. This is definitely a company one can entrust the safety of a home to. Five stars!

She even went the extra mile to book the earliest installation date for us. Installation was fast and neat. The installer, Mr Wong was very punctual. He was also meticulous and skillfully installed both locks within an hour. He even took his time to clearly explain and demonstrate how to do various set ups on both the door and gate locks.
