★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences with the FS sales team (Claire Li) and technical support (Abbott Chen) have been fantastic.
This pandemic made it tough for our project deployment, so I simply went with gut feel after reading many good reviews to purchase a SFP+ switch from them.
Claire was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and she helped expedited our equipment into Singapore. She also arranged the tech support Abbott to be on standby while we patched up all equipment within the data centre.
Our implementation was a little complex and Abbott was fluently scripting the switch for us, and advising on many details. He helped us logged issues we encountered with client connectivities, and was always there to support.
Thank you so much Claire and Abbott. And of course the equipment works as it should!
