★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a food stall service good ban-mian 板面 with variety choices of noodles type. One of the popular one was the Mee-Hun-Kway 面粉粿.
Their Mee-Hun-Kway was not bad, only down side was pieces of Kway will stick together due to machine press dough.
But their soup base was really good and tasty, and noodles was cooked very well.
Another my favorite is minced meat sauce ban-mian 杂酱面. Great sauce blend well with minced pork, thin noodles and adding with refreshing slices cucumber. After mixing all, it was really delicious.
Haven't try their fish soup yet, believe it must be good since their soup base was already that good. Looking at the fried fish meat, it looks so appetizing.
Compared to the past, now they offer quite a lot of noodle choices with many different flavour.
Price was affordable, start from $4/bowl. Worth a try.
