The shop owners were nice however, while trying to prove that I didn't finish my roll of film (which I did) one of the workers repeatedly pressed the capture button. when my photos came out there were at least 3 of them which were ruined due to her actions as they had the 'picture' she took to prove I didn't finish the roll plastered on top of my original pictures, it was not a very good experience

Despite numerous informed I only need soft copy, they still give me hard copy only and need to top up $4 to get the soft copy.

They cheat you. Ask you to connect to their dormant wifi, to upload photos for printing. When you are unable to upload due to their dormant wifi they ask for $2 admin fee just to connect email to print one paper. Total $3. Be careful of this modus operandi

Don’t like their services .. Try to click fast to get it done their job instead of checking and giving good will to get good posts on person who is taking the photo..

Bad photographer ever and service too. Take photo until 1 of ear cover and photographer not happy when ask to retake. Retake photo quality also not good. Bad experience ever encounter on Monday. Take it as donation...to fuji

Came to take passport photos for 6 person. Everything ready in less than 30mins. Because they help to edit the pictures. Great service, fuss free. Easy payment mode.

WORST experience ever! Dropped off my film with Fujifilm Jurong Point on 18 Jan for them to process / develop and was charged $18 for the service. Was told that that film would only be ready 2-3 weeks later. On the 27th Jan, I then received a call from them to inform me that my film has been ruined. Meaning I will not be able to receive any of my photos, at all! Was informed that they have over-exposed my negative film. A second lady then informed me that they have handed over to their supplier to process the film and it was overexposed. How is this acceptable? The photos in my film aren’t just any photos, Those were photos taken during my recent trip to Germany and Spain! Those were priceless memory! Throughout my conversation with the staff on the phone, I was being told with different excuses. On top of that, they would only be refunding me $10 when I had paid $16 in total! How does it make sense that I’d still need to fork out money when I did not receive any goods on return, when the shop had mishandled my film?! I then went to collect the negative film that was ruined by the team on 29th and again, I was being told a different excuse. This time round, the lady insisted that I had overexposed the film on my end because 1. I didn’t not place the film correctly in the camera and 2. The places I had taken were dark β€” I call this absurd! I’ve been using my film camera for some time and this is the FIRST time I have encountered with such issue! It’s one to ruin my film, but to push the blame on me entirely that’s beyond acceptable and absurd! This is my first time letting Fuijifilm develop my film and it gotta be one of my worst mistakes ever! It’s not about the money, it’s about the photos, the memories. Needless to say, throughout this ordeal, the staff were non-apologetic at all. Till now I have yet to receive any apology or an acceptable explanation. DO NOT PATRONISE!

The worst shop ever. I used to go to Fotohub but closed for renovation. No choice I have to print out my document in this shop. Charged me additional $2 for sending them email to print out the document. I confronted them why additional charge and the female worker told me because using internet connection. If don’t want to pay extra $2, asked me to screenshot and send to them but the quality might blur. So, I decided to pay extra $2 to email them the softcopy and print out. I never pay extra whenever I print out at photoshop or printing shop. I wonder any consumer feedback hotline that I can lodge a complaint for this unreasonable charge. ??
