★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and over priced! don't bother going there to print. Website state tat they open from 10am to 10pm. went there at 1pm and the shop is empty. called and no one pick up. email shop ppl name Eddie Hor and he said that the shop will open at 4.30pm. went back at 4.30pm and shop is still close. called him and he say to wait 30mins he is on the way?!!!! open as and when they like! let customer wait.
Charge A4 both side colour printing at $8 for 1 brochure!
In the end I got it printed at just $2 at Queenstown Ultra Supplies. Go Ultra Supplies Good service and cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had largely forgotten about this incident that happened 4 years ago in November 2017, but today as I was searching for print shops in Jurong I came across this company profile again.
Anyway at that time, I had checked with the counter staff Wei and confirmed with her repeatedly that that cold lamination uses pressure, not heat. She destroyed the graduation certificates by melting the wax seals. For an $8 job, I had to pay another $200 for reprint and expedited overseas shipping.
Everybody makes mistakes and I did not want to pursue the matter, but we can see for ourselves the attitude of the owner from his obnoxious replies, and what we can expect as customers.

Directions:
Lobby D Level 3 lift, turn left and you should see a 'warehouse' sign. Turn right all the way to the sliding door and enter, keep walking as the printing shop is all the way at the end of the pink zone. ( you will not see the pink zone sign immediately, you will see the green and orange zones sign but keep going till you see the pink zone then just follow, hopefully bringing you to the shop)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and have difficulties communicating with the staff. Print quality can’t match what I got in another shop yet more EXPENSIVE. Might be cheaper grade of paper used here.
Might have to think twice before coming next time although they are in the same building as us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst business I have ever encountered. They are supposed to be open at 3pm. I arrived at 3:25pm, the doors were open but owner was not there. One of the employees said that he is always late. Completely unprofessional. If I could put zero stars I would. I needed to urgently print papers.
Do not go there. Horrible business practice, hard to call it an actual business…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 important documents to print, called them before hand to ask for price and was told 1 page = $1. Their location is very far and hard to find as it is in the warehouse at the carpark.
However, when I arrived, was told minimum charge is $5, really wasted my time and energy to walk over when they could’ve told me about it when I called
