β β β β β I have my water feature and decking installed in my balcony a couple of weeks ago from Fukai. During this stay home period, when sitting in my living room (especially at night), i couldn't help but notice how the lights in the water feature reflects on the water feature, decking and ceiling complemented by the sound of the running water from the water feature. This is really therapeutic and helps me to unwind. The process of installing the composite deck and water feature is relatively smooth thanks to Johnson; a very passionate sales rep from Fukai.
I really appreciate the service and product provided by Fukai and they deserve a 5/5 rating.

β β β β β Installation was good but aftersales service much to be desired. Gave them the job of doing artifical grass and had some defect but refused to rectify citing some ridiculous reasons

β β β β β Bought a water feature from Fukai few years back, I have to say their water feature quality is much much much more better than any company as fukai's water feature is my 4th water feature and im using it till now. Although i think it is slightly on a higher price side but there is this saying δΈει±δΈε货. they handmade their water feature in SG, better QC = durable

Super bad after-sale service. They are unwilling to admit defective product delivered. My near $20k outdoor water feature peeled, cracked and leaked shortly after half a year plus one year thereafter waiting for their help. The salesperson Michelle gave ridiculous excuses and instead of trying to rectify the defects, she was trying to suggest I purchase other models!!!
I really give up after various text conversations. They didnβt even bother to come down to assess the complaints. Potential buyers beware.
After bottling up my grievances for more than a year, I decided to write a review here to enable other potential buyers to make informed purchases.

β β β β β They installed the composite wood decking for us few years back during renovation. In less than 3 years after installation, the wood structure under the composite wood rotted so badly that they composite wood came off the steps. No wonder they indicated in their quote "6 months limited warranty". Beware of poor material and workmanship, not to mention poor customer service as well. During installation, I sent them pictures of gaps and glue on the steps as seen in the picture here. The staff only responded to me 3 days later saying that my contractor has already painted over the steps and hence their workmen need not do the job. Very, very poor experience, very bad quality and services!

β β β β β I like Fukai after sales service very much, although my warranty period already expire 5 days, they still admit the warranty. Definitely will look for them for my future purchase. Thank you very much Fukai. Hi guy!! need any landscaping product Pls look for them....highly recommend!!!!!
