Fukai the Nature Builder - 22 Woodlands Link

Super bad quality and service! Don't buy from this store. We purchased a water fountain for less than a year and it's totally spoiled due to the low quality. And bad attitude and service when we contacted them for repair. Don't buy from them !

Ordered a Water Feature from the IMM outlet on 17th Dec 2019. Also ended up ordering few side display features. When the delivery happened on the 18th, was a harrowing experience. We were informed that the side plant was out of stock and they gave us 2 other option during delivery to choose from which were both unappealing. We ordered 2 potted plants only too realise that delivered one were inconsistent in sizes. Pebbles that were promised by the sales representative were never delivered. On the 18th when we made repetitive calls to the customer care during delivery , we were assured delivery the next day. On the 19th a followup call from us resulted in saying that the pebbles are not free and we need to pay 38 SGD. Guess what, pickup from Woodlands for this! What a harrowing experience! Keep away from these folks as focus seems to be do all it takes to sell and no intention to deliver value to customers. We would be writing in this week to their management asking for resolution and will edit the review accordingly.

Bad experience and lousy service. Quality sucks, spoiled just after one day. Need to waste time to send to their service centre in woodland. The retail arm at IMM cannot send on behalf, what kind of nonsense?. I actually also wanted to buy a bigger one for my balcony, which cost around $3k plus. Luckily, I needed to take the measurements. If this did not happened, I would have gone to the shop to place the order. Through my friend advice, I now found cheaper alternative at many online portal such as ezbuy.

purchased a water feature fountain for my home 3 years ago. It's beautiful and functioning perfectly. I have put some small fishes in the fountain. Fukai's customer service has been great and they are very helpful when i had questions regarding the fountain, pumps and other accessories.

I have purchased a pond for fengshui purpose. Fukai has delivered my goods in time and design for me a nice garden feel with artificial grass laying. Thank you to Fukai to make my dream garden come true !

Engaged fukai to do my balcony decking recently and I am happy with the whole process. Just that I had to take my own site measurement but OK lah the price is the cheapest I found in Singapore !! Good customer service too, thanks fukai

I like Fukai after sales service very much, although my warranty period already expire 5 days, they still admit the warranty. Definitely will look for them for my future purchase. Thank you very much Fukai. Hi guy!! need any landscaping product Pls look for them....highly recommend!!!!!
