★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment for health screening on a Saturday morning. Reached on time but made to wait for 70 minutes for the first check. Wasn't any queue when I reached and other customers who came later were allowed to start before me. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for health screening online. When I called to upgrade to the Gold package, they were not only unable to do it but showed zero empathy. The only reason being: you paid already, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to one of the clinic to do some medical checkup. The information sheet with photo was promised to be sent to me within 12 working days after the checkup. I understand in current covid situation, the staff must be very busy.
But after 15 working days, I still don't get any response. I called the customer services three times and no use at all. The customer service was not helpful. Nobody replied the email either.
I have no idea what happened with the Fullerton Healthcare group. The services of the nurses and the physicians are good in the clinic. But the customer service and followup service really need to improve.
