โ โ โ โ โ I visited when Dr Karen Ong was on duty. She is a warm and helpful person, patient enough to answer my childcare questions even tho I was there for vaccine.
Furthermore, the clinic is conveniently located, and the staff are polite. If you need a clinic in the area, this is not a bad choice.

โ โ โ โ โ My first visit to Shenton Medical Group ever. I have to give thanks to Dr Karen Ong as she was very efficient and helpful compared to other doctors I went to. Staff at counter also do their best to help you from registration to giving you your meds.

Went there for a check on sore tonsils, great service from both the Recep and doctor! Doctor took attention on details and and gave great advice, which allowed me to trust the treatment. Thank you for the great experience!

โ โ โ โ โ The staff and medical professionals here are extremely kind, assuring, and efficient (the list of positive adjectives can go on). Took my pre-departure PCR test at 8.45 AM; Received the notarized clinic report at 3 PM same day, followed by a phone call from the clinic to inform and double-check if all the details are correct.
At S$118, this is certainly not the cheapest PCR test you can find across the island, but their level of service is hard to surpass and definitely alleviates lots of pre-trip stress.
