The uncles here were very reasonable and friendly! Sold off a couple of jewelries and got it at a better price than other pawnshops that I've been to.

Complaint: rude staff I took a broken ring marked "18KP" to the shop. From what I know, "18KGP" mean gold-plated while "18KP" mean s 18K Plumb. When I entered, the only staff at the counter was using his phone. I waited for him to notice me before asking "老板，可以帮我看这个值多吗?" (Boss, can you help me valuate this?) and passed him the ring. Once he saw the mark, he THREW the ring onto the counter and bellowed "不收! 我们不收！” (we don't accept this!) I was never rude to him in any way, so why the attitude? Even if he thought the ring was fake, he could have just told me plainly, why did he have to flare up? Why did he have to throw my stuff when he could have just placed it on the counter? Anyways, I quickly left the shop after that. When I passed by it again about 20mins later, the same man was STILL using his phone, while his colleague attended to a customer. Not every customer has the means to test their items before taking it to a pawn shop. But the attitude displayed by your staff made feel like a fraudster being called out. Is treating your customers as potential frauds right off the bat your standard SOP? I sure hope not.
