★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most of the young clinic staff are very helpful in aiding many of my questions, the doctor was really patient and nice and even reassuring me when i took my covid swab test. the two young staff at the frontdesk were friendly and directed me in taking my meds by providing me with the info even though i asked alot of questions, thanks shine family clinic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called regarding a enquiry and the person who picked up had no manners. Not sure whether its her upbringing or the clinic did not train her to speak to customers. Hope these kind of people are dealt with for a better health care experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst clinic I've seen. Doctor is nice. Staffs are nice but the patients who sees doctor seems like gangsters. 4 or 5 patients go inside to see doctor at one time. They all come out take cough mixture. The man patient looks like a big time gangster. There is a female Chinese lady wears short and smokes outside the clinic.

Please do a check on this doctor before all those drug addiction go worst.. if Health Sciences Authority dont do anything i believe this doctor sell just for money.. damp rubbish doctor... doctor keep selling cough syrup and government don't do anything to them at all? Hsa? Cnb?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even dare to come and see doctor with a front counter staff attitude like that (red hair lady). Racist and no manner. If u have a good doctor but with the front counter pick up call like this and when registering the patient, see our IC and judge our nationality, no new patient will ever come to consult. Good luck.
