β β β β β The shop front looka nice and industrial cool. However, when you enter the shop and actually look where the grooming is done, it's really unhygienic. It's not obvious from the shop front as its blocked by curtains, however if pet owners venture to where their dogs are actually groomed, you wouldn't want to put your pet there. The floor is wet, there's mould on the wall, there are wet dogs running around and dogs in cages that seems more like duck cages at the market. I left the moment I saw the back end of the shop as the risk of my dog getting an infection would be pretty high. I am not sure why this place isn't regulated.

β β β β β Had a wonderful experience and the service given was superb! Grooming charges are very reasonable too. The groomer knows exactly what to do and very professional in handling my little rascal. It's hard to find a patient groomer like her these days. Thanks!
