I also very appreciate their updates and recommendations when my baby had the bad stomach episodes (thought to give her a very good meal before I go staycation but turned out upsetting her stomach =.=) Thank you furmummies for such good service. We found Furmummy through Google and we are so glad that we decided to engage their services. Melissa and Glady were both extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. We placed our pup through her first daycare on 28 December. Throughout her day, Melissa was sure to give us constant updates (with adorable photos and videos). We could see that they love dogs and were enjoying themselves. It was clear that our pup was enjoying herself too. Did we mention that the pictures taken were superb too? Thank you Furmummy!

The place is very clean & comfortable. My dog is very old, so she's very weary of new environment. However, the staff are very responsible and will update me of my dog's status every now and then. They also made sure that my dog is comfortable. I will definitely send my dog back again.

I was looking for a place to board my dog when I go for my staycation. I visited different places and finally decided to try out Furmummy. My dog is very shy and I am so afraid she will be all stressed out being separated with me. I tried a daycare at Furmummy although just a few hours but I truly appreciate their patience and attentiveness. The staff also never ignore my questions when I needed assurance and most importantly, I can see my dog is being so comfortable being around the place. Good job, team! The team at furmummy is responsive and accommodating. Even though my dog is senior and doesn't social much, they were able to blend him well with the other dogs and he enjoyed himself. We had been boarding our pets for the last 8 years and in this entire period, we have yet to come across a setup as professional, personalised and well managed as Fur Mummy in Singapore. It’s obvious that Baby Mojito was very well taken care of and did not miss us or his home during the entire period. Fur Mummy was Baby Mojito’s Guardian Angel when we were on holiday. I am super impressed with the quality of care from Furmummy! I have been sending my pup there once a week for doggy daycare in preparation for me going away on vacation for a week and needing to board her, which I did last week. It can be very stressful leaving your baby for an extended period but they did an amazing job keeping me informed and taking excellent care of her while I was out of the country. The staff is very professional and clearly they all love the dogs. They sent me daily updates on her eating and moods and when she had a grumpy day they gave her lots of extra one on one love and attention to help cheer her up. They also sent lots of cute videos of her making new friends. I will definitely continue to send her to doggy day care here and will absolutely use their boarding service again next time I am out of town!
