We had a little issue with the firmness of the seats but the service team worked quickly to assist us. 5 stars for friendliness and 5 stars for speed. Special mention to Joyce and Steven for their attentiveness and patience. This team really goes out of the way to make a customer happy. Really appreciate the effort!

I am not even close to the door, she deliberately leave it open to show me the way out. Luckily some of their suppliers are pulling out their distributership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My leather sofa bought five yrs ago. The color was fading. I contacted the shop for advice. Steve, the leather specialist sent his workers. Actually, it is not leather fading, it is just stubborn stain. The workers did a great job in cleaning up d dirt and the service is FOC. I am so impressed with their aftersale service. Thanks FC, steve and workers for your help. Greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Female salesperson on duty (10 Jul 2022) epitomizes poor & rude service. She should be sacked if she is an employee or committed into an asylum if she is a shareholder. Like what some of the other reviewers said, she “sizes” customers and tries to disparage their knowledge of furniture. Little wonder why they lost distributorship of Camerich & EgoItalia to other classy establishments like Proof Living.
