β β β β β Initially gave me a cup that wasn't washed. Requested for a new cup but isn't as clean. Even the teapot is dirty. Table is sticky.
The table sticked a notification about tray return, though no one was clearing after themselves I thought I should still do so. So the cleaning area beside food collection was piled with dirty and used cutlery but it wasn't the designated tray return. There was a note that mentioned tray return is at the end of the restaurant. When I walked there, there wasn't any available.

β β β β β Service was below average.
Staff was clearly impatience and hostile to customers.
The nasi lemak was not bad.
Coffee was badly done. 1 cup had hardly any sugar and the other was too sweet.
Half boiled eggs was almost fully done.
The cafe exists as a sole eatery within the Jurong Lake Gardens, without the exclusivity, it would be hard to imagine how this business would survive.
Honestly this is a waste of a fantastic cafe location.

β β β β β I came with no expectations here, food turned out jus disgusting. You can find 100% better beef rendang at any random hawkers. Pizza tasted terrible and the baked rice was bland.

β β β β β Nice air-con food court we went to after a long walk in Jurong Lake Gardens. Food is affordable & good and aircon is superbly strong ???
They have a wide range of cuisines from pizzas, to Japanese rice bowls, to laksa, to rendang, to the usual western fare of chicken chop, fish & chips, etc.
Really love their laksa, chicken chop and beef rendang??
Order via the touch screen machines, pay via credit card & collect your food. Wouldn't mind dining there again after a good hike??

β β β β β My greatest food find since I moved to Jurong two years ago. After an uneventful but tiring walk on a humid morning, the sight of Fusion Spoon was a boost to our morale. Yet we didn't dare harbor much hope as we approached as it looks "rural."
Once inside the cold aircon was a thumbs up. The two self ordering kiosks seemed promising. Then the food came faster than expected. And they were VERY GOOD.
Daughter's fish and chips was crispy and adequate. Wife's pasta was perfectly done and a healthy portion. My beef kway teow was the best I had in years. The cheesy wedges was piping hot and yummy.
.
And service was prompt. I bet they have a hainanese chef.
So why 4 stars? I normally give 3 stars for satisfactory and 4 stars for very good. For sure we will be back again.

β β β β β Food so so. Many local items not available cos chef was sick (according to server) and not available. Self -service for order.Be prepared to go to counter several times as food/dishes may not be prepared at one go. The number monitor (like at clinic) was not updated in real time and server ended up shouting order numbers at the top of her lungs. Even coffee shops have better service. What a pity! The ambience is nice and after a walk, the cafe should be a place to relax.

β β β β β Nice hideout cafe with food and lake scenery. Unfortunately the seats are turning mouldy at the backrests. Very crowded during weekendsβ¦ appreciate more seatings. Good place for relaxation and a cuppa or set meals. Western Breakfasts sets are only available on weekends probably why the crowd is here drawn here too.
