★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coaches are very good with kids. My daughter loves the sessions and always wants to come back for more as the sessions focuses on training through fun methods rather than hardcore drills. Instructions were also very clear especially to a 6 year trying to do complex moves. Highly recommended.

The coaches especially the head coach, till today, still cares about them and ready to offer advice and help to them even though they no longer train with them as they moved out of the sports.

Their coaches are very responsive and are knowledgeable with the basics as well as advanced techniques of running well. Their associated Physios and the coaches also communicate fast and helps me make appointments according to my schedules.

The awesome coaches there really care for the kids - not just focusing on making them faster (which they did) but also teaching them about hard work & discipline, honesty and taking care of themselves. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough if you have kids interested in track or if they just have excess energy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Fabian knows his stuff. Our team went under his tutelage and achieved podium position for AHM18 with half the team members being inexperienced distance runners.
Training sessions were personalized as he assessed the progress of our runners along the way and he tweaked the workouts to maximize the training value for everyone of us while keeping us as injury free as possible.
Truly a remarkable coach. You got to experience it to know truly the difference between him and some amateur coach who simply churns out 10 x 400m without knowing the purpose.
One of the rare coaches who know what they are doing and he coaches with passion.
Strongly recommend!
