The course instructor, Joy was very knowledgeable & enthusiastic during the course. I learned a lot from the 1-day workshop for my own knowledge as well as for my clients. Well organised & enjoyable because it had theory & practical application. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Did a Fit Muay Foundations course with WCA on 16th Jan 2022. Coach Vinz is really experienced and very clear in his teachings for the class. As a certified Personal Trainer, I find it really enjoyable and fruitful for me. I will definitely be looking out for more of their courses in the future

FITMuay foundation was an excellent addition to my learning journey as a trainer as instead of focusing too much on technique and "flashy" moves, they brought a huge emphasis on coaching pedagogy and proper instruction. The content shared by Vinz allows me to level up not just as a practitioner of martial arts but as a coach and enables me to provide better quality instruction to my clients. Highly recommended for anyone who is keen on refining their coaching skills and practical Muay Thai techniques in a holistic manner.

β β β β β Eugene is such a great teacher! Always keeping the class engaged and making lessons enjoyable and interactive. You can enter classes without any prior knowledge and exit the class with a different perspective to seeing things. It has been a wonderful experience learning.
