Mr Fu is very experienced in handling various issues regarding the computer system. He was able to advise on the most suitable way to recovery data and repair it as I needed it quite urgently for work.

The staff here is very unprofessional with a lack of knowledge for the computer. Went down to the shop to pass my laptop on 28th sept. When asking the owner question about the motherboard problems and data issue, staff was unable to answer. Promised to repair the laptop motherboard within 2 - 3 day for $150. When asked for an update on the status of laptop on 2nd day staff did not response. Called the owner on the 3rd day, the owner casually said the laptop cannot be fixed (he said it will be fixed within 2 - 3 days) I have no choice but to pay him $45 to help me transfer out data from the spoiled laptop. Conclusion: - Staff is unprofessional when dealing with customer - Staff is not reponsive and definitely not responsible - Last minute cancel your order (after you call them to ask because they will not inform you anything) - Very bad experience - Checked with him again if everything is inside my computer and he said yes.. but when opening up the laptop when i reach home to check again, both motherboard & RAM is missing. Was thinking to go to another shop to repair but I have no choice now but to buy a brand new computer.

I bought my laptop in to get its battery replaced. Service is efficient and the job was done within 5 hours. Paid $125 for an Asus Zenbook, which was a really good price as compared to 2 other shops that I enquired with. It's been a week since the replacement and battery quality is good.

When to the shop to have my laptop fix due to internet issue, was worried that it could be the hardware issue. The uncle helped me to fix my laptop in about 2mins once I entered the shop. Good service and very professional.

Went down to this place to try to revive my dead 10 year plus Macbook Pro. Mr Fu informed me that it was a motherboard issue and it would cost $180 and 2-3 days to repair. He brought back my dead laptop back to life and it's working perfectly! Now I can hold out on spending $2000+ for a new Macbook. Very grateful to this shop. Thank you!!
