โ โ โ โ โ Neighborhood hair salon, that's very recently added to the mix of shops here along Toh Yi Drive, in the last couple of years. Looks youthful and vibrant on the outside, and sure looks popular with the nearby residents. I personally don't patronize them but always walk past on a daily basis.
