★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my experience about their product quality. We had the mild steel driveway swing gate installed in 2020, the paint blistered and rusty after 3 months. They came to touch up the paint but another 6 months later when contacted them again about the same issue , no response even though it is within 1 year warranty. Really doubtful about the good reviews here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the duo team. My gates were installed early last year.As stated by Sandie Lim, one of the client's that had reviewed, the gates are already rusting. Further, the vertical aluminium bar on the gate had popped out, compromising security. I have photos of them. Not only that, every time it rained, the letter box filled up with rain damaging post. They sent a contractor to drill a hole in the letter box so the rain would drain. Nevertheless, the post got constantly drenched in rain. When asked for a replacement or refund, they said replacement was not possible and refund was no longer available as it was offered last October !I will never recommend them to anyone.
