This is our 2nd time engaging Alex and his team in doing up double glazed windows for our house. We first did our soundproof windows for our bedrooms with him 7 years ago when we moved in. Those windows have enabled us to minimize vehicular sounds and human chatter coming in from the carpark downstairs. As we live on the 4th storey, in a block facing an industrial estate, our living room also has sounds coming from heavy vehicles, nearby motor workshops, on top of traffic sounds from the adjacent main road. After sitting on it for the past few years and because our previously installed double glazed windows are still doing well after 7 years, we decided to engage Alex and his team again for double glazed windows installation for our living room. With his candid and friendly personality, our experience with Alex was hassle-free and efficient. His team of 4 Bangladeshi workers were nimble and quick in assembling our windows as well as grilles for the living room. They were also responsible in executing their responsibilities e.g. taking care that the giant grille frame and window panels, did not scratch my built-in furniture and door. They even helped me clean up the corridor area outside my main gate after the installation work. And particularly in this COVID-19 situation, the entire team had their masks on throughout the process, which is deeply appreciated, given the warm condition they had to work in. The new windows have cut down the noise pollution drastically and we can finally enjoy peace inside the house. :) Thank you, Alex and team!

The service experience with Alex & V contractors is great, installation has been scheduled within 2 weeks' time after the contract signed. They helped us to replace the old HDB 4-rooms window with high quality double glazed windows, which makes the room looks much brighter and more pleasant.
