★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! They repackage OLD and USED iPhone's packaging and sell them as "brand new sealed". Bought an "brand new in box" iPhone XS max from them, spoil within a few weeks. There were existing scratches on the iPhone immediately after opening, and even though I protected the phone well, there was a HUGE motherboard issue with the phone that even Apple store could not fix. I had to throw away the phone and buy again from retail store. BIG TIME SCAMMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive on Carousell if you are buying a used phone from them. But once transacted and phone take out of shop and problem surfaced, they ignore your messages.
So buy at your own risk if it's used phone they advertised on Carousell

Clear criteria written on their website on the dos/donts before coming down for the transaction.
They have a online price list that is updated real time much like a stock market which is convenient for resellers like me.
I appreciate the fact that it's so straightforward and swift to transact with them unlike other resellers from Lucky plaza or Sim Lim square.

The 1st time purchased from them the experience was good. I think 3rd purchases from them the service wasn't that good anymore. Maybe just that the service staff wasn't so service orientated.
