Pick up My Google Pixel 2 XL, and confirm that is a brand new set, and paid full price for brand new phone, just to find many scratch around the body of the phone, and nick on the SIM tray. The Store also don't bother to open the box, to show and do physical check for the Phone, so it must be ask at the spot from customer. Buy with caution, that the best advice to give.

I bought a S10e from this shop, which they claimed was in very good condition and with a "free screen protector" pasted onto the screen. The phone did indeed look to be of good condition, and when I asked the salesperson about the screen, she said it too was in good condition. I could check if i wanted, but then I would need to buy a new screen protector, she said. Being the naive and trusting person that I am, I took her for her word. I left the shop thinking I had gotten a decent deal. Until today, that is. I took off the screen protector to clean my screen, and low and behold, it is covered with at least 10 scratches. Scratches scattered around the whole screen. Yes they are minor scratches, and yes the screen protector hides them well, but I still feel cheated. This is not what I paid for. I should have called the woman's bluff and checked the screen there and then in the shop. I should have know that there was a reason why a "free screen protector" had been pasted onto the screen. Hence, I reiterate, deal with them at your own risk.

That's what I like about this place. It's a nice hangout and they don't try to push their wares to you. If you ever ask to buy any phone with functions and features similar to what you already have, they will discourage you from getting anything new and save it for something better. How's that for great customer service?

I bought my black shark pro 3 from them and only used for 3 months thats when the phone cant switch on, brought the phone back to check with them and it took them 43 days for them to tell me what is wrong with the phone. They told me the issue is with the boot ic, charging io and cpu ic, total will cost $500 for repairs..
