It's my first time signing up for a matchmaking service. GaiGai has been helping me a lot in my journey of finding my potential future partner. First of all, my relationship manager, Sheryl had successfully determined my deal-breakers and other key preferences before I signed up for the package. Subsequently, I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the matchmakers and date agents in coordinating date arrangements and facilitating the matchmaking process. So far, everything has met my expectation, and I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of matches.

Actually I wanted to find my Mr right in gaigai but my friends told me that gaigai was irresponsible attitude ,service and their con artist. They actually will sweet talk into their program. once’s you purchase, they won’t allow you to cancel the subscription and force you to paid. they will actually contact the “ legal ahbeng “ debt collectors to make a ruckus at your door step.

Ladies and Gents, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH GAIGAI! If you choose to pay via installments, they will lure u in by initially giving you substandard dates and when u decide to stop paying, they send 'gangsters' up your house to demand payment. If you pay in full, that's it, really GG for you. You don't get dates for MONTHS and all you get are excuses why the dates do not wish to meet with you. Oh, dont expect any answers because everything is CONFIDENTIAL. How convenient for them. They just take your money, keep biding their time (and wasting yours) and hope you find a partner yourself. Refunds you say? NO WAY. Thats what happened to me. No dates despite paying the full 5-6K package and in the end, I found my current GF myself. No refunds AT ALL because of the contract you signed early on. Do yourself a favour, go try out Kopi Dates or TableforTwo instead and thank me later.

Everyone who is reading this, be warned, please don't engage them. It's for your own good. This company is an outright scam. They don't even deserve one star, should be zero from the way they run their company. Those who signed, you got 3 days to cancel, trust me, it will be the best for you. Your 'relationship manager' will never mention about the 3 days cancelation. Let's talk about the matches, I went on 2 dates, both dates the women were older than me and that's fine because I am okay with, but when I asked my dates, their range is same or older than them and they were forced to accept the date with me because I already accepted the date invite. I haven't had any services provided since November 2020, I paid for 3 months, because I was out from long-term surgery, emailed customer support about my condition, even sent them the necessary documents, took forever to reply, when checked up with them, they can only provide account suspension for 4 months. Saying that is 'out of good will'. After 4 months, didn't receive any email/whatsapp whatsoever from CS or my Relationship Manager. Only recently in January 2022, I received a letter from debt collectors that I owe them money. Contacted my relationship manager, was not contactable at all, heard he left the company and I wasn't even informed. Contacted CS, didn't get a reply for weeks. Debt collectors came to my place, the fact that the debt collectors came to my place shows it's against PDPA because my information was given without consent. Their cancelation policy is absolutely ridiculous, you are only able to cancel your membership if you paid the full amount, which is about 3000+, if you opt for the monthly payment, even if you want to terminate, you will have to pay the remaining amount you 'owe' even no service has been provided after that, which is mind-boggling if you ask me. Why would I pay for a service which wasn't use? They will say since you sign the contract they have the right to claim it from you, why can't we mutually terminate the contract? Gaigai is taking money from people where service isn't provided. Don't believe me? See how many 1 star reviews are on this company, I'm not the only one who has fallen victim of this money cheating company. Even their service provided is utter thrash. Don't waste your money on them, spend your money on dating apps, you will get better matches there and it's way cheaper. I don't know who will give them 5 stars. I wonder how these people working for this company sleep at night.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH GAIGAI! The entire team is irresponsible and became less and less responsive as the months go by. FULL amount was paid and yet after months and months, I did not get a single actual date! All I got were excuses used by Kaile and her team of date agents to delay and further push the timeline. You are better off meeting someone on your own or join the more inexpensive Kopi Date or TableforTwo. BEWARE ALL!

Gai Gai only cares about your money. Though they try to attract you with free consultation, they will push you to pay them. Note that it's of no refund and rejection of subscription. You may take this view as a consideration before you commit a hefty sum with them

I went for several dates with Gaigai way back 2.5 yrs ago. I do not have rigid or specific requirements.i would say more than half of rm are nice and polite. Some took on my criticism and feedback. Out of several dates, one became a stable friend while others fizzled due to unforseen or unexplainable reasons. The team has been through alot , special shout out to Eliana for her dedication. Those who are busy , should try their dinner date arrangements. Other agencies offer cheaper and it seem they may not have such a strong backup team as Gaigai does. Life is not a bed of roses though. Give yourself a chance to findout more using Gaigai!!!
